  • Defective Concrete Blocks Grant Scheme

    The Defective Concrete Blocks Grant Scheme was set up to financially assist with remediation costs of homeowners whose properties were adversely affected by the presence of excessive quantities of mica or pyrite in the blockwork used in the construction of those properties.

    The Mobility Aids Housing Grant is available to cover a basic suite of works to address mobility problems, primarily, but not exclusively, associated with ageing.

    The Scheme of Housing Aid for Older People is available to assist older people living in poor housing conditions to have necessary repairs or improvements carried out.
